Brendan J. Coughlin has been practicing law in Orange County, California since 1989. His practice is concentrated in construction defect and personal injury litigation. He has taken over 35 cases to jury verdict, and specializes in juror selection and analysis. He has represented thousands of individuals and businesses in the successful conclusion of their disputes. He has extensive experience in the preparation and cross-examination of expert medical and technical witnesses. He is a member of the Panel of Arbitrators for the Orange County Superior Court.

Mr. Coughlin graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 1981. In 1988, he obtained his law degree from Western State University, College of Law in Fullerton, California. Mr. Coughlin obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree from the top-rated University of California, Irvine, Graduate School of Management in the spring of 2003. He joined the firm of Kring & Chung in 2004.
