For most people, two of the most important things in life are family and business. Mr. Schwab’s practice focuses primarily on family law and business law. Mr. Schwab assists parties in reaching the best outcome for them and their families, be it by agreements reached or through aggressive representation before the Court. Mr. Schwab is equally focused on making sure his clients are in a position to understand that agreements reached and decisions made by the family court have an impact in other areas of the client’s life as well. There are often considerations of and an interplay with other areas of law such as, including but not limited to, bankruptcy law, business law, and even criminal law that have real effects on a person’s life. Mr. Schwab keeps current on these areas of law and works to put clients in a position to make the best decisions possible. When it comes to your family and your business, forward planning can make a world of difference in minimizing and avoiding future problems.
