June Yang Cutter joined Kring & Chung, LLP in March 2005 and handles a variety of cases, including business litigation and real estate matters. Ms. Cutter speaks fluent Korean and handles a number of matters for our Korean-speaking clientele.

Ms. Cutter earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science and graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, in 1999. Thereafter, Ms. Cutter went on to receive both a law degree and Master's degree in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California in 2002.

Ms. Cutter's legal experience includes a summer clerkship at Hochman, Salkin, Rettig, Toscher & Perez, a preeminent tax litigation firm in Beverly Hills, California, followed by associate positions at the Law Offices of Adrienne D. Cohen and Selman Breitman, LLP. In addition to her litigation experience, Ms. Cutter is knowledgeable in the areas of insurance coverage and construction defect.

Ms. Cutter was the 1999 recipient of the Medellas Foundation Scholarship for Asian American students pursuing careers in law. She also co-authored "Corporate Attorney Client Privilege: The ABA and Upjohn," an article featured in the November 2001 issue of Corporate Business Taxation Monthly. Ms. Cutter is a founding member of the Orange County Korean American Bar Association, actively participates as an alumna of USC Law School, and is involved in a number of community organizations.
