Justin G. Reden is an associate with Kring & Chung, LLP. His practice focuses on international disputes and domestic business litigation. Mr. Reden works in the business department at Kring & Chung's main office in Irvine and also in Kring & Chung's San Diego office. Mr. Reden is skilled in a variety of areas of the law including international disputes, jurisdiction, contract drafting and disputes, business transactions and corporate maintenance, real estate, warranties, environmental planning and compliance, construction defect, employment, and personal injury.

Mr. Reden is originally from San Diego, California. He graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a degree in Law and Society in 2000. Mr. Reden received a Juris Doctorate degree in 2003 from Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he served as Literary Editor on the Law Review and graduated with honors. Mr. Reden was also a member of the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition team; published a Law Review article analyzing Federal and State Environmental Laws as applied to Endangered Species and the Interstate Commerce Clause, and; was presented with several academic awards for excelling in the areas of Property Law and Legal Writing.

In 2004 Mr. Reden passed the California Bar Exam and became the co-founding partner of Reden & Reden. He is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.

Mr. Reden joined Kring & Chung, LLP in 2007 and brings with him unique real-world experience which affords him the ability to aggressively solve complex legal issues and party differences in a cost efficient manner and always with his client's best interest at the forefront of all decisions.
