Roland Amundsen has over 22 years of civil litigation experience including trial and appellate work. Mr. Amundsen has handled a variety of civil litigation matters over the years. He has defended insurance agents and brokers, real estate agents and brokers, architects and engineers, and he's represented construction general contractors and specialty subcontractors. In addition, Mr. Amundsen has handled a variety of business disputes including the application and interpretation of insurance contracts. He has presented MCLE seminars to lawyers on the subject of construction defect litigation. Mr. Amundsen has served as a member of the executive committee of the Real Estate Section of the Orange County Bar Association, as Chair of the Small Firm and Solo Practitioner Section of the Orange County Bar Association, and currently serves as a member of the Board of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
Mr. Amundsen attended both Brigham Young University and California State University at Long Beach. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree from CSULB and earned his Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law.
In 2008, Mr. Amundsen joined the Irvine office of Kring & Chung as an associate attorney. Mr. Amundsen specializes in construction, insurance and real estate law.
