
Mr. Howard was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating from the Ohio State University
with a degree in Resource Management in 1998, Mr. Howard worked as an Executive Consultant to Fortune 500 companies for two years.
In his executive consulting capacity Mr. Howard consulted on market research, industry intelligence, human resource issues and benefit analysis. Mr. Howard then attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2003.
Mr. Howard joined Kring & Chung in late 2005 where his practice focuses on construction defect litigation. Mr. Howard handles a variety of other matters for his clients, including drafting/revising contracts, commercial and residential real estate transactions, business formations and trademark registration and litigation. Mr. Howard is licensed to practice law in Nevada State and Federal Court. He is a member of the Clark County Bar Association and its New Lawyer Committee.
