
Anna
Greenstin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology,
focus in legal studies, from University of California Santa
Cruz in 1998. While an undergraduate student, Ms. Greenstin
worked with CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocates, serving
as a conduit between the courts and minors placed in the downward
spiral of dependency court. Her work with CASA, Juvenile Hall
and the Felton Probation Dept. lead her to be one of the pioneers
of Peer Teen Court, bringing local prosecutors, defense attorneys,
judges and trouble youth together in an educational setting
concerning the judicial process.
Prior to attending Law School, Ms. Greenstin worked as a
translator and assistant to professional sports athletes. Her
work with Galex International Inc., permitted her to travel
all across the world to countries such as Finland, Russia,
Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, and Canada were she participated
in the NHL Draft, International Sporting Events and Press Conferences,
representing young talented professional athletes.
In 2002, Ms. Greenstin earned a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern
University School of Law, where she was a member of the Interscholastic
Honors Trial Program and competed in National Trail Competitions
against other ABA accredit universities. While in law school,
Ms. Greenstin, worked as a teaching assistant for Torts; took
part in a class action lawsuit resulting in a victory of 1.9
million dollars for underprivileged tenants; and was a certified
law clerk with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office,
where she conducted preliminary hearings on behalf of the state.
Other pertinent legal experience includes working at the Inner
City Law Center; Yoka & Smith, LLP; and Jacobson & Associates.
In June 2003, Ms. Greenstin joined the Irvine office of Kring & Chung
where her practice consists of business litigation, estate planning, personal injury and complex, multi-party construction
defect matters. Ms. Greenstin has lectured to numerous groups on various legal issues, such as the "Be Your Boss" workshops and "Legal Issues for Start-ups" seminars for SCORE (Counselors to Small Businesses). She is a member of the Toastmasters Orange County Chapter and has received several awards for public speaking.
