Kring & Chung teams up with “Counselors to America’s Small Businesses”

IRVINE, CA – March 2, 2005

Kring & Chung was tapped to sponsor SCORE to provide legal resources and services.

SCORE, a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration, is a nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small businesses nationwide.

For individuals looking to start new businesses, or for those interested in inquiring more about legal requirements as it applies to launching new corporations, Kring & Chung will offer legal answers.

Kring & Chung will work specifically with SCORE chapter 114, Orange County, who serves entrepreneurs and businesses in Southern California.  It has over 80 members representing over 200 years of business experience. SCORE also offers counseling, business reference documents, business workshops, and a speaker’s bureau. SCORE provides monthly seminars at various locations.
