To Benefit Hillview Acres Children's Home

IRVINE, CA – July 15, 2005

The 2nd Annual Carson Palmer Open is Sold OUT!

Interested participants still have one last chance and may purchase Carson’s Cookout tickest to attend. Featuring celebrity athletes as well as a post-tournament dinner and auction, the tournament and auction proceeds will benefit the Hillview Acres Children’s Home for abused and neglected children. 

The event will take place at Monarch Beach Golf Links in Dana Point, CA and will host nearly 180 golfers. Among the host of current and former pro athletes who will be participating in the tournament are Ahman Green of the Green Bay Packers, John Lynch of the Denver Broncos, the former outfielder of the Boston Red Sox, Fred Lynn, Johnathan Ogden of the Baltimore Ravens, Robert Thomas of the St. Louis Rams, and recipient of USC’s Heisman Trophy winner and current quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals, Carson Palmer. 

As an added treat for USC fans, the renowned USC Trojan Marching Band will make a special appearance at the dinner and awards ceremony following the golf tournament.
