Attorneys

Richard C. Hatem graduated from the University of California, Irvine where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He then attended the University of San Diego School of Law and was awarded a Juris Doctorate degree in 1996.

Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Hatem took a position with the San Diego County District Attorney's Office. In 1998, Mr. Hatem joined the law firm of Lake & Mougin, LLP, where he worked exclusively in litigation including high-exposure complex matters, professional responsibility, construction, and personal injury. Joining Kring & Chung, LLP in 2001, and again in 2008, Mr. Hatem continues to handle all phases of civil litigation. Mr. Hatem is currently a member of the State Bar of California and the Central District of the Unites States District Court.
