Partner Kyle Kring will present, Energy Savings Performance Contracting – A Roadmap to Entering, and Pitfalls to Avoid on April 10, 2014 at the Small School District Association’s Annual Conference. With the passage of Proposition 39, the California Clean Energy Jobs Act, $381 million will be awarded to local education agencies including school districts for energy efficiency and clean energy projects. Kring & Chung has significant experience in Energy Savings Performance Contracting (“ESPC”).
