Sexual Harassment
Did you miss the deadline?
You must still comply!

California employers that have 50 or more employees must provide sexual harassment prevention training to all supervisors who supervise any employee(s) in California .Government Code section 12950.1, enacted as AB 1825, requires that employers initially train their supervisors by December 31, 2005.
However, the safe harbor provision in the draft regulations suggests that
complying with this law in good faith will be the standard used to enforce
Government Code section 12950.1.
Kring & Chung, LLP will continue to provide the harassment training mandated by
law. We will be happy to provide this training to you onsite at your office.
