
Suzanne
M. Rehmani is a partner of Kring & Chung's
Business & Corporate Department. She is
also the primary partner in the firm for matters involving
estate planning, wealth planning, probate, conservatorships
and guardianships.
Ms. Rehmani joined Kring & Chung in
1999. She has been an attorney since 1992, practicing in the
areas of estate planning, probate, business, corporate, transactional,
entity formation, employment and civil litigation. Ms. Rehmani has an LLM in Taxation from Chapman University School
of Law and is a licensed notary. Ms. Rehmani was a journalism major at the University
of Colorado at Boulder and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Communications with an emphasis in Advertising and
Marketing from California State University, Fullerton. Ms.
Rehmani earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Western State
University College of Law in 1992. While a law student, Ms.
Rehmani was active in Moot Court, winning a Best Oral Advocacy
Award and serving as Oral Advocacy Director for Moot Court.
Ms. Rehmani was also president of the Women’s Law Association.
For the past twelve years, Ms. Rehmani has concentrated her
practice in the areas of basic and complex estate planning,
including wills, trusts, probate, trust and estate administration
matters, life insurance trusts, elder law, and the planning
and advising on buy-outs and succession of small and family-owned
businesses. In addition, she is also able to counsel clients
on business entity formation and tax-related issues, including
corporations, limited liability companies, general and limited
partnerships, business entity planning, real estate transactions,
secured transactions, property ownership planning agreements
and transactional agreements, including buy/sell agreements
and securities issuances. Ms. Rehmani has further experience
in all areas and stages of civil litigation, including business,
real property and employment litigation.
Ms. Rehmani is a resident of Yorba Linda. Ms. Rehmani is
also a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Orange
County Bar Association Estates and Trust Division, the California
Bar Association Trusts Division and has written numerous articles
on the subject of probate, estate planning, business succession
and entity formation.
