Robert T. Robbins

Mr. Robbins is a partner in the Las Vegas office of Kring & Chung. He is licensed to practice law in four states including California, Nevada, Arizona and Colorado. Mr. Robbins obtained his law degree from Southwestern University in 1995. He graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 1995 after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Mr. Robbins' practice is focused on corporate litigation, complex business, real estate, products liability, personal injury, insurance law, contract review, contract drafting and construction defect. He is an accomplished and successful litigator that has effectively resolved hundreds of litigation matters through trial, arbitration and mediation. In addition to his defense practice, Mr. Robbins has devoted considerable attention to assisting homebuilders and subcontractors in Nevada with litigation avoidance techniques, insurance and contract review, and with their ongoing lobbying efforts to provide statutory protections against unreasonable insurance requirements and construction defect claims in Nevada.
