John Schroeder concentrates his practice in the areas of construction, personal injury, inverse condemnation, real property and business disputes. Mr. Schroeder is a highly accomplished trial attorney with over 42 years of high profile trial experience. He has over 25 trials to verdict with 8 trials over 20 days in length. He was a partner in his own firm for over 25 years. He has supervised attorneys throughout his career and enjoys mentoring young attorneys.
In the area of construction, Mr. Schroeder has represented plaintiffs, general contractors, specialty contractors and engineers. Mr. Schroeder has experience in restoration construction, new construction and in public works construction. He has handled some of Southern California's largest inverse condemnation/landslide cases. He also has years of experience with credit unions handling a wide array of matters.
