Tyler D. Kring is an Associate Attorney with Kring & Chung, LLP’s Irvine, California office. His primary practice area is Employment Law. In particular, Mr. Kring’s practice is focused on Employment Discrimination (Age, Disability, and Pregnancy), Sexual Harassment, Retaliation, Wrongful Termination, and Wage and Hour Violations.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Kring served as a law clerk in the firm’s Employment Law department. In this role, he handled all employment-related intake calls, speaking to each potential new client and presenting corresponding summaries to the attorneys in the Employment Law department for review. Additionally, Mr. Kring’s duties as a law clerk included legal research and writing regarding a wide range of employment law issues, preparing publications for the firm’s website, and participating in mediations, trials, and hearings under Attorney supervision.
Mr. Kring focused his studies on Employment Law while earning his Juris Doctor at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. Prior to law school, he also obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Chapman University.
Mr. Kring is heavily involved in philanthropic efforts throughout Orange County. As part of these efforts, Mr. Kring serves on the Board of Directors for Caterina’s Club in Anaheim. As a Board Member, he helps strengthen and spread the organization’s mission to provide warm meals, affordable housing assistance, and job training to homeless and low-income families throughout Southern California.
